HP Latex 365 Black Text is Brown with Black/Brown Thick Outline.

I feel like I am going crazy!! I have a vehicle in for a partial wrap and text to complete this weekend. This is the 9th one we have done for this company as it's part of a fleet. I have never had any issues before and have the print set up so I literally just press a button and it runs off like a dream. Not this weekend! I know it must be a setting in my Flexi and obviously a User error that has changed but I just can't sort it! The logo prints black and is perfect but the text is like bad 1980's lipstick! brown on the inside with a lovely thick bluish black outline. I have done a Factory Reset and have just done a print test and its not great Nearly all grey. But the barcode is black and the logo is black, that is why I am so confused. Can anyone help me?

one of the Yellow/Black printheads is bad, sometimes works by doing just a printhead cleaning but if it does drop again just replace it, it is recommended to replace printheads by pair

Some of the graphic is CMYK mix and some is K only.
Replace both C-K printheads and check that you actually have black in the cartridge.

Looks like you need to check one or two things.
The printheads probably need to be cleaned or possibly replaced, and the banding 10sacer mentioned is terrible, it shouldn't look like that on a 365, not even if you run 4 passes.
The reason you get different results on the logo and text is probably because of different color mixes, as balestrat said, or maybe bitmap vs. vector.
