Hp latex 560 curling

This is what’s happening to my hp latex 560 it seems to happen only with adhesive vinyls I have bought 3m and briteline brands and both are doing the same... once the material heats up it sticks to the curing machine and then the print head head crash’s into the material....I got the edge guards and ordered 2 more so I can use the butterfly method of edge guards. Does anyone have any ideas to what could be causing this?
