HP Latex 560 service technicians

Does anyone know of service providors in the mid-atlantic area for HP Latex 560 printers. We are having an issue with the Device ID 4 fans blocked error. The error is 16.34:10 and would like to have an authorized service technician take a look. If anyone has any suggestions on the error or service providors we would appreciate it. We are located in Baltimore, Maryland.
