Just installed brand new LVDS data cable hoping to correct error 01200071.
The new data cable does not correct the issue...the issue being that it will print on all speeds/modes as long as I use 600 x 600 or 600 x 1200 resolution. But if trying to print any speed/mode using 600 x 300 the printer takes a pass or two then stops at the service end, cancels the print and gives me "print canceled, error: 01200071".
The machine is over 4 years old, and we run yard signs daily using production mode on 600 x 300. It's great speed and offers a little better quality than billboard 600 x 600 which is about equal in speed. So hoping to get some answers as to why the 600 x 300 modes error out.
