HP, why does the delivery time for spare parts take UP TO A MONTH?

Why don't you warn your customers when buying your equipment - that the delivery of a cheap spare part for the mass-produced and still-manufactured HP 700 W printer can take UP TO A MONTH? Considering that I am in Vancouver - not the wildest place on earth?

And then let the customers draw their own conclusions. Personally, I would never buy your printer - considering that it will stand for three months a year waiting for spare parts.

Please do something about this. Well, teach managers how to use a computer and the Internet, for example. And quickly order spare parts. Or sell two printers for the price of one - since "one printer" is more like "half a printer" in terms of functionality.

Sorry for the emotions - I work so hard to gain my clients - I work seven days a week, around the clock, if necessary... And now you are multiplying everything by zero. Just because of the mess in your office.

Did they say which part you need?

We have half a printer worth of spare parts, including the un-installed skid and a half of "upgrades" from the upgrade kit . maybe you're lucky and it's one we got :roflmao:

I need the whole unit with the drip sensor - it comes assembled with the drip sensor + motor + spring as I understand it.

I actually have a theory for you on this particular part. I just checked and so it seems that the delivery date is set to a month from now.
But this part number for the DD assembly is changed. They use the old stock first and only then you can order the new one. It's possible they are changing to the new part number right now.

Then again it's only an estimation. It could arrive sooner.
