hp315 takeup reel

I'm looking to buy a takeup reel for my printer. I was wondering who has one and does it work well? I have seen a couple of posts in forums where people say it causes jams in the machine. I was trying to avoid that particular situation and just wondering if anybody has any info on it?

I have an hp 335, and I really like my take-up reel. It's never caused a media jam and I don't see why it ever would.
