HP365 Not advancing correctly

Any help with why my HP365 isn't advancing properly It is about 8 years old but with low miles. I have already replaced the OMAS and tried many different substrates with the same results.

The first pic of the printhead alignment test is all from today, it didn't have a problem with that until the later tests. It is overlapping and not finishing the alignment.
The second pic is what I have been seeing on my regular prints that looks like it's moving forward when it shouldn't be.

Thank you all!

I dont think OMAS has anything to do with this. It's for smaller deviations.

Try to take some slow motion video of the movement and check that your material is not slipping or something. You want to know for sure is this the amount that the drive roller is moving or not.

If thats good then next I would clean the drive roller encoder and sensor. Could have some crap in it making this happen.

Clean the rubbers of the drive roller(best done with "run drive roller" in service mode and removed ink collectors), reduce rewinder tension and vacuum.
