HP700W - "Ink Mixer End Life" error?

We keep getting this error "Ink Mixer End Life"? This is a new one for us. We installed a new maintenance cartridge and did some cleaning but still getting this error. I can't even find the term "ink mixer in the Service Manual. Any ideas?

You need to replace the secondary white ink cartridge, the one below white.
I think its got 2 year life or something.

Ended up going to Chat Gpt and it told me it was with the white heads. We fixed it!
