I need help with a font please

What the font was of no help, does anyone know these 2 fonts. "DESIGNS" font is on the tip of my tongue but I can't figure it out. Thanks for the help.

Doubt they are a font. Could be I suppose. But my guess is it's somebody's scratched up design via felt pen.
