I need smart cards for my VJ1604

About 2-3 weeks ago my Valuejet 1604 when I knocked it on started an ink charge.
On completion it came up that all the inks were either empty or nearly empty.
This wasn't true as the ink cartridges must still have over 75% in them.
I have phoned the main dealer in the UK who have just gone bust (the credit crunch has started).
Mutoh in europe keep saying I have to get in touch with a company that no longer trades!!!
Were can I get some smart cards to use the inks up!!!

I think Mutoh Europe don't want to give me them because they think I am running 3rd party inks (which I won't)!!

hey skull, I'm sure if you provide proof you are not running third party inks, it should not be a problem. Contact your dealer!

The only way they could prove I wasn't using third party inks is for them to come round and check and test my machine!
I am not asking for loads of cards I only want 1 for each cartridge.
This has only ever happened because the machine didnt get used for a week and a half.

if you do get cards how can you (they) program them to the level of ink in your cartridge,,,,my supplier sends me new inks and i send the bad ones back!!!!!!

heyskull, you may want to change a supplier of the mutoh ink cartridges. Anyways, we have the mutoh cards. $12/ea - 10%. Let me know if you need anything. We dont make profits on these cards, just to help out fellow members.
