Appears to be WESTERN...a rather obscure font that was most notably available from Gerber and once upon a time was available from the now defunct Milt's Fonts.

note: Not to be confused with another font that goes by WESTERN....and/or WESTERNER with heavy tops and bottoms.

Thunderbird condensed is very similar, only with thicker serifs.
