Identifying the cause of issue

Hey crew, hope you're staying well.
Trying to identify the vinyl/installation issue with these little baby bacon wrinkles around this light. Any ideas on how to avoid this? Are we using the wrong vinyl (it's cast Avery) or the wrong technique, or both? Installer has dropped 3M Primer down around it but it just ain't staying down.

You cannot mix 3M primer with other vinyls. It has completely the opposite effect on other vinyls.

Well that would explain that then.

We use 3M primer with Avery MPI1105EZ and it works great.

Your picture looks like maybe the vinyl got overstretched over the light during installation.
