Improved Job Log

I usually capture my weekly printed usage in an excel sheet (square metres printed and ink used) and get the data from my VersaWorks job log. The Versaworks job log though isn't always clear to read as it logs (New Job, Print End, Print Cancelled, RIP'd etc..). I assume that the only line to record is the one that says Print End.

Anyway I was wondering if anyone has an excel sheet that is automatically setup to extract data from the Versaworks job log and output the weekly or monthly figures?

Cool Idea...if you find it let me know. I've never cared to even open job logs, especially to analyze sq foot printed vs ink used - mainly because A. Its already printed and it's too late. B. There's nothing you can do to use less ink besides turn work away....BUT it'd be cool to see just for fun

We'll I basically capture the data on a weekly basis from all my machines. It allows me to see the performance and weekly usage of the machine based on how many meters we print and how much ink consumed and potentially what profit we should make on average per month.
