InDesign File Open issue

Silvertip Graphics Signs & Designs, Inc.
Would anyone out there using InDesign be able and willing to open a file and send it back to me in EPS or PDF format so I can open it in Signlab? My client no longer has the program either and cannot open it for me.
I will pay for your trouble! Sorry in advance if this is not the right forum to post.
