Ink bomb?

I noticed that it looks like an ink bomb went off around my capping station on my Falcon Outdoor. Still seems to print fine though. Anyone else had this problem.

Not really. I've Been using this one since 2007.

Ruptured or disconnected ink tube on ink pump???
