Hello Everyone,
We had an unfortunate incident at the shop here; one of the material rolls fell over and grazed the light cyan ink cartrdige that was installed into the printer. Now it wont recognize the ink that is installed. I already know the sensor inside the machine is bad, because I tried several different ink cartridges and it says it is missing the c cartrdige on the front panel. I do have the part number for that- 1033477. My question is- does someone have a diagram/ part numbers of the ink cartridge station because the black plastic ink cartridge slot that the ink goes in appears to be bent a bit- the ink sits crooked- so I can determine what part needs to be ordered? I did take the side of the machine off and everything seems to go in fine if you wiggle it in a bit, and the pin that draws the ink is still inserting into the cartridge. Any help would be a blessing, thanks!
