Ink draining out.

I just replaced two cartridges a few days ago. came in the next day and
the ink from both cartridges had drain completely out thru the cleaning tubes
into the waste tank. Whats up? Anyone ever had this happen?

either wicking off of an expanded sponge in the capping station, or bad damper probably

replace the capping station. The sponges are touching the print head and draining the ink.

OK. Thanks. Never replaced dampers before, but I have a set and a caping
station ready to go.

I have seen this before. It usually happens with the combination of new, full ink carts and a damaged or old capping station which allows a siphon to form, draining the ink to the waste ink bottle or floor.
