Ink lines are not filled.

Hi:
I got problem with VJ1204. First a month ago this was not printing yelllow. We cleaned up couple of times. Installed and tried to get clean. All in vain. Now ink lines does not have ink but message panel say, "Ready to Print".
Should I syringe out the ink? How to deal with.
Help Appreciated, in advance.

Are you sure you're not looking at the lines that take the ink to the waste? They're pretty close to one another.
