Ink Status on Valuejet Problem

Over the last month our VJ1604 has run unbelievably well on inks.
To the point now that the cartridges come up C 7 M 18 Y 1 K 14
Normally these can register 20% and then suddenly go to empty.
Do I have a problem or am I being paranoid!
Or have I knocked a ink monitor off?

guess I am lucky as come Friday afternoon they were all bleeping away wanting a fresh cartridge....LOL
