Inks bleeding out into non image area

I am using eco solvent inks on a 1614.

The colours are great and I have finally got the black cartridge to load.

The problem is I am getting bleed into neg type on the job.

Its not a full colour bleed almost as if the ink has been diluted and is running.

Any help,ideas would be appreciated.

This can be acouple different things...heater settings, profiles, ink limits, contaminated media. Is this only occuring on one type of media? Is it happening on one image or any image you print? Does it seem to be happening with any color or one color?

When you loaded the new cartridge did you happen to do a cleaning with cleaner cartridges first? I'm thinking maybe you didn't do an ink fill and there is still cleaning solution in the line? Give us a little more info and we will try to help you out!
