Thank you for sharing. My three years with McDonald's helped me see FREQUENCY first hand. Our drive-thru graphics were changed monthly because...after a customer had used drive-thru three times in any given month, they became "numb" to the message. Alternatively, when the graphics were CHANGED, there was an IMMEDIATE increase in the ordering of the items being promoted. Changes are much easier to execute TODAY because of the SCREENs and MESSAGE CENTERs
