Interior Sign HELP!

I need some help on how to reproduce this sign. see attached image.
It is not a canvas print but is wrapped around something solid. It also has some sort of gloss coating.

Looks like a regular (gloss laminated) print applied to a piece of sintra, and wrapped around the edges like a gallery/canvas wrap.
