Is Anyone Familiar With Inspire XP Pro

I recently picked up a copy of Inspire XP Pro and am having an issue with it so I'm hoping someone here will recognize the problem and know of a solution. When attempting to import an .EPS file I get a message that says "(null) file not found or error" and when I click on the OK I get the dreaded error message "Internal error has occured program will terminate now". I recall the "(null) file not found or error" message from the original Inspire or from earlier version of Flexi but for the life of me cannot remember what the fix was, I have searched all my records as well as the knowledge base for Inspire & Flexi in the support section on SAI's site but cannot find anything regarding this error message. Can anyone help me out here?

The only way to get .eps or .ai files into Inspire is to open them in another program and copy and paste them in.........Thats the only way Ive found to get around it........I open them im Photoprint(flexi) and copy them over.........

I've always been able to import .AI & .EPS files into the original Inspire running on Win 98 system, they just have to be version 7 or older. I've successfully imported .AI files into the Inspire XP Pro program but it's still having an issue with the .EPS files. I know I can simply open .EPS files in Illustrator and resave as .AI and then import that into Inspire XP Pro but I really shouldn't have to do that, I can be pretty stubborn, I will keep at this until I find the solution.:banghead:

I have'nt ever run into this problem with Inspire xp pro. As a matter of fact EPS files ALLWAYS work. One thing I did have to do, due to a different issue was reinstall. That made my particular issue disappear. You might want to try that. Good luck.

Thanks jdb, a complete uninstall & reinstall was next on my list, there was a conflict between Flexi Pro and Inspire XP Pro on the same system (shared files) so I uninstalled Flexi, that alone resolved the issue of importing .AI files, once I get everthing straightened out with Inspire then I'll attempt to get Inspire & Flexi to cohabitate friendly on the same system, I've had this set up running successfully on a Win 98 system for years so I'm hoping to achieve the same with XP os.
