I have a weird issue with the yellow head on my Telios direct disperse printer. It's a Roland body (SJ-1000 I believe) that's got a fixation unit attached to the front. My yellow print appears to overprint a bit to the left. I thought at first that maybe it was just a few clogged jets that were misfiring, but the overlap seems to be very regular. (see photos)
I tried to do a Bi-Directional adjustment, but it's very hard to see the yellow marks. (see photo)
Any ideas on what could be causing this? Forceful cleanings and a dampened foam brush held against the head (no movement) have not helped. To me it looks like the head is just over a smidge -- but if that's is the case, how would I fix that?
Any help or comments would be appreciated.
