In my previous life I was a graphic artist for an offset printer and we were able to create our own crop mark sets, color bar sets, etc. to work with our rip. We would create the sets in Illustrator and import them into the rip where they would stay and we could just choose whatever mark set we wanted to use. I know Flexi is a totally different beast but is it possible to do with Flexi?
