is there a special tool that can cut/wrap vinyl around truck screws or rivets?

not sure what the little bolts around the truck/trailer are called but yesterday i went to go apply a simple vinyl job but that started to go a bit downhill when i couldnt get around the freaken screws that stood out like a half inch. i always take them off before i apply vinyl and then screw them back on but this trailer had all it screws worn down so no head would fit it. any help for these types of jobs is appreciated, thank you.

Cut around it. Paint it.

Something tells me you didn't read his question at all. NEITHER of these tools will help for large protruding screws. If they were just rivets, then yes.
