Is this normal? Pic

Vg540, 4 weeks old.

I calibrate to have perfect cuts then print 5 6x8 sheets across twice. And now look at how the print test looks.

What am I doing wrong? I have tried a new roll of Orajet 3621, reloaded, with only 2 pinch rollers, 4 rollers, changed temps and I can't figure out why after 10" of media it's this off.

Help please.

I had this problem with 3M IJ10, but no other media (VS-540).
Ended up using it in another machine and never ordering another roll of it.
Hopefully you have a different result.

Still having issues today. I reloaded the roll and everything... Called for a tech and they can't be here till 1/26.

The Tech re calibrated things back to 0.0 and it has helped - however to get it back to cutting perfectly I have to turn it off/on and doing this constantly causes it to run a cleaning cycle...... I'm dumping a bottle of ink per week now.

I think we need more information about this project. Kinda hard to follow you.

5, 6" x 8" squares, cut routines runs twice? and I see it is slight off to one side, right?

Running crop marks? using heat while you cut?
