JFX200-2513 EX ink supply issues??

Having issues with a JFX EX model. Been fighting this for 2 weeks to no avail. The problem I'm having is that after about 2-3 prints, the printer starts dropping a significant amount of nozzles on both heads and the print becomes very banded. If I run about 5-6 hard cleanings the nozzles all come back and it will print fine for about one run then the same thing occurs. Things that I've done so far:
- Changed all primary filters
- Emptied subtanks and removed them to check for clogs and made sure the floats weren't stuck
- Verified that all ink pumps and solenoids are functioning via #test function
- Changed the filter on the air pump
- Lastly I changed both color heads

Nothing has worked thus far. Is this one of the PCB's failing? I'm at a loss here, any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Knows just enough to get in a lot of trouble..
Other random things that also come to mind.

Have you changed cap tops lately?
Are your Positive and Negative pressures in spec?
Have you done an air purge?

It seems you have gone above what I listed above, especially with the air purge. But I know the cap tops can sometimes cause weird issues like this.

The cap tops haven't been changed lately. We have cap tops in stock so I'll change them out and see what happens.
+/- pressures are in check
I've done multiple air purges

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
Working on mine and I found the tubing they used in that batch of peristaltic pumps (2021 tagged model) was awful. All flattened out, so I rebuilt all the pumps with Tygon. Still don't know why they didn't use gravity to feed those damn things.

You might be on to something there. This printer is a 2021 model. I'll start pulling lines and see what they look like.

So I just took apart a Cyan pump and it does look pretty flattened out. So look like I'll be replacing all the damn lines. Where did you get the Tygon tubing from and what size OD and ID? Thanks!
