Job Completion Photos

Looking for ideas for managing install completion photos. We have multiple installers out and managing the resulting photos has grown so we are looking for ideas. We tried jobber and company cam. Jobber compresses the photos when uploaded and company cam does not work well for us because we may have multiple different jobs for the same client and it saves all of the photos based on the client not the job.
Any other ideas? We have scheduling and the accounting side all covered, just looking for a streamlined way to be able to upload photos from the field. Currently we upload to a teams channel and they are manually moved to our storage and jobs folders.

Thanks.

Are you looking for transfer methods as in software or are you looking for people managing advice?

I can inform on the latter because I am the person that does final photos and closeout manuals at my place of employment, but the former, I am not well versed on.

Thanks, just fishing for ideas. What we are currently doing works.

We upload them to google photos.... Its Search function is like no other photo app out there... We do keep albums for certain jobs / customers, but you can search for a word on a sign... like the company name, and all photos come up. I can type "Whales" and every wall mural we've done that has whales in it pops up.

We have a folder on our server that anyone can upload files to, and it'll auto upload to google photos (No compression). We also have a script where they can e-mail photos with the job name in the subject to an internal address... And that will create a folder based on the subject and download the photos onto the server where google drive upoloads to, and it'll auto upload it to google photos in an album.

All sales reps have access to the google photos... and they can create links / share it with their customers.

Once every week or two we go in and clean it up... our installers typo and type "Signs 101" instead of "Signs101" so it makes a new album... We just transfer it to the older album, most weeks theres no maintenance... but we make it a habbit to go in once every week or two just to check and clean up.

It's not the most convenient compared to apps like company cam and jobber... But the end results are worth the bit of pain in initial setup. Just checked... our main "installs" directory has almost 8000 photos in it.... Cant imagine managing something with so many photos using any other app than google photos.
