Job showing active when no job has been sent

My Envision 375 shows a job is active when I switch it on even though I have not sent any job through. I have tried to clear job but another comes up. Can anyone help me please

Turn off BOTH the plotter and printer and let them sit for 15 seconds before you turn either back on.

If using Gerber software check the plotter / Gerber EDGE queue folder. If you have not sent (output) any jobs then
this folder should be empty except for a file called gsp.net.

If there is any other files delete them
