[FONT=&]Flexibility: Our sign project can change from one day to the next depending on the needs of our customers. You will do fine as long as you ask questions and are open to learning something new each day you come into work.[/FONT]
[FONT=&]Humor: You need to be able to laugh and understand that when the work load becomes overwhelming that we are all in it together.

[FONT=&]Job Duties include production and installation of all types of signs including scheduling production and installations, quality control of our final product and training new employees.[/FONT]

[/FONT]• Must [FONT=&]have reliable transportation. [/FONT]
• [FONT=&]Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&]Excellent communication skills - written, verbal & listening.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&]Must be Self Motivated[/FONT]
• [FONT=&]Strong Customer Service Skills[/FONT]
[FONT=&]Physical Demands:[/FONT]
[FONT=&]• Must be able to climb a ladder while lifting signs.[/FONT]
[FONT=&]• Must be able to place onto and retrieve various types of substrates from a substrate rack including upper shelves. [/FONT]
[FONT=&]• Able to lift 50+ LBS[/FONT]
