just printing magenta

Hi All,

Did a little charge as the cyan subtanklo error came up (faulty valve i think), anyway one of the cartridges ran out during this and now everything is printing magenta. The nozzle check shows all the magenta firing and only one block of black. no cyan or yellow. no visible air bubbles in any of the lines. all lines are full of their correct colours and the dampers are full. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
I have since given it a couple of little charges and cleans but the problem remains.

empty waste tank and do the little charges. Do you get any ink. I bet not. Sound like a maint. station problem.

hi dsd, yeah it looks like one of the lines that runs through the pump is cactus. have ordered a new maintenance station from digi-supplies.
