Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with printing on this substrate. Looking to print on something less then 1 millimeter. Any advice, or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

What is the exact product you're dealing with? I've only ever used JPX-B10 or JPX-Pro as far as poly goes. We've never had luck printing to the poly on our JV3 as the solvent just seems to disperse and pool. Any poly prints go right to our aqueous JV4.

I have had good luck with this material:
Sihl - 3508 - DuraSol - 18 mil satin, rigid PVC film

if that would work for your application?

Otherwise, Sihl, Intelicoat and iVivid make some polypropelene in a 7 and 8 mil thickness.

We have printed lots of PP-film banners.
Just make sure to use a profile that does not lay down a lot of ink, as it does not need much.

Makes great roll-ups and posters!
