JV3 Print Head problem

I had print head error on my JV3. Fuse on slider board was blown. I replaced slider board with one I got from another JV3 and I replaced print head with some clogged head but lectrically good. It was working for a week and than again head error from same head. This time fuse is ok. I am waiting now for a new head and I have replaced cables. I am affraid to burn new head if there is maybe something else wrong with slider or main board. Is there any way to check? When head is shorted what usually goes bad. Only fuse on slider board or Transistors too? I know on my Roland when fuse blowes it will take transistor too but I am not sure if thats the same case with Mimaki JV3. Thanks in advance

its likely also Your second printhead fault . Its quite common that You got a head error when using old DX4 printhead. It can disappear after printer restart and then come back after short time. This is something to do with old piezo element overloading these motherboard Sanken transistors.
I never saw that this issue can blow sliderboard, check the quality of head cables each time You connect them, they are not lasting very long if used often.
