Our JV33 has been experiencing an issue where the heaters will not rise to the set temperatures, with no orange lights on the heat panel. However, if we come out of remote to bring the settings down within range of what the current temps are and place back into remote, the orange lights turn on and it will begin to print. At this point we can set the temps back to the desired settings wile still in remote and they will rise. Without this intervention, the printer just sits in remote not printing anything.
These are all panel settings, and Rasterlink is set to use panel settings only. Heater setting are 35,35,50.
Has anyone come across this issue and resolved it? Currently it's only slightly annoying to have to work around it, but there may come a day when it just decides not to heat at all.
