Need Help JV33-260 BS print issue

I have an issue with this JV33-260BS printer, during printing any file (even pattern test) it prints on a permanent distance spacing a dashed line (see attached picture), I have replaced nearly all the PCBs except for the main board. If anyone has had a situation like this I would really appreciate any ideas and assistance
