JV33 Print head is firing all nozzles

JV33 has been printing fine until this morning. About two feet into the Job my nozzles started blowing ink out all nozzles. Even when I do a test draw it sprays a muted bar of color.

I know it's not a software issue, because It also prints all colors during test draw
I don't think It's a head issue, because from my experience the heads slowly degrade unless something has hit it.
I think it might be a blown fuse or chip in the printer itself.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Solventinkjet

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
It's definitely an electrical issue. Mimaki is one of the only brands that has test points you can test with a multi-meter to help troubleshoot where the problem is. It could be any of the cables leading up to the head, the head is self, the main board, the slider board, power board etc. Heads do just go bad sometimes due to all kinds of reasons. The same goes for all of the rest of the electronics in the machine. If you don't have the know how or equipment to electronically troubleshoot, I would call in a tech.

A quick fix you could try is taking the head cables out and making sure no ink fell on the leads or any other damage has occurred. Look for burn marks especially. If the cable doesn't look perfectly clean and flat, replace it and that may fix the issue.

Make sure you unplug your machine, then hit the power button and then wait 15 minutes before doing anything. You don't want more problems on your hands.

Fixed!

Thanks Vander,
Fortunately I have another JV33 here that has been decommissioned. I just replaced all of the wiring that connects the main circuit board to the print head. Not sure which one was the problem, but one of them was.
Thanks Again, your insight definitely motivated me to troubleshoot more in depth.
