Keep cut jobs from deleting in production mgr

When I send a job to production mgr, it creates 2 files. A print file for the 360 and a cut file for the Graphtec.
When I send the cut file, it deletes it from production mgr immediately after sending it.
How do I stop it from deleting it. I know there is a preference setting somewhere, but I just can't find it.

Change 'After Output' to 'Hold' instead of 'Delete'.

More specifically, set this under Default Job Settings in Production Manager....so it's always set that way.
