l360 prints not lining up

Hi All im having issues with HP L360 when doing wall drops the wording or
graphic line up in the bottom section of the print then it is out on the top section by 10mm
this is constant on every print
it can be on a 2 drop or a 5 drop it does not seem to matter
any help will be much appreciated
