Laminate Polypropylene

I printed a banner 33 x 78 on 9ml Polypropylene, the customer wants to laminate but I tried and comes out bad first comes out wave out, second time tried to encapsulate but when I roll up make marks on it, by the way, can I laminate Polypropylene?

It’s probably too late for you, but this is why I keep a thing called Frog Juice on hand. Liquid Laminate
