Latex 360 Diagnostic

Hey Team,

I have a diagnostic download from my 360 and need a way to read it to see when the service kits were or were not done.

Can anyone supply or point me to the correct piece of software, I cant boot my 360 to a point to be able to use the EWS unless someone knows a way to force it to that point? I can boot into diagnostic mode no problems etc.

I went thru training recently with HP and was told that only HP employees in Barcelona Spain have access to decrypt that log and view it. What is wrong with the printer that it won't boot?
