Anyone ever use Daniels Wholesale Sign & Plastics?

I ordered a pan face from them over a month ago and still haven't gotten it. When you call their main number it says they're closed pending new management on Nov. 15th but that the production office is still open. I managed to get a hold of someone in production a few weeks ago who said it would be done the following week, but alas it was not. Now no one is answering the phone or returning calls. Not sure what to do at this point...

Yeahh so I just contacted the guy from SignARama that posted on their Facebook and he still hasn't heard from them either :doh:

They're obviously having financial problems and don't want take calls because they may not actually have an answer for you and who knows how many others out there like you.

I assume, if they are an otherwise reputable company, that once they get some sort of resolution to their problems they'll make good on their end of the bargain.

It's not much fun being in your shoes and I do sympathize.

If they can't even get the sign face to you, I doubt at this point if they can afford to return your money. Of course if you'd paid by CC you'd have had some sort of leverage, but alas it was a check.

Tough one for you. But by letting others know about this you may have saved some others the same misfortune.

And get what? Register your discomfort with their insolvency? That's about all you can accomplish at this point I'll bet.

Hopefully they get their ship righted in the water and can make good on things.
