Little help with half of one letter

I know somewhere in my designer past that I have used the font that creates the half "B" in this logo but cannot remember it and the online sites won't recognize the half letter.

Anyone know it off the top of their head?

University Roman would be good to start with... Doesnt have the curl or swoop, so you'd have to add that yourself

Not even close. You'd be better creating from scratch then modifying that.

One letter? I agree, just redraw it, especially since it has been altered.

Yeah - I was just going down the path that I know I have used the font before - probably way back in the 80's from a typebook for all I know.
With Fleming's help - I just redrew it.
