My Epson S60600 keeps coming up with a Load Media issue. I think I've narrowed it down to the sensor on the head. When I turn off the Media Skew, Media Width and the Media End sensor it loads fine. So one by one I turned them back on and it was the Media Width sensor that threw up the error.
I found a video on YouTube about cleaning it which I have followed and no difference. I've not had a head strike, I simply went to print yesterday morning and the error came up when I tried to load some media.
The printer is out of warranty and I don't have a service contract on it so does anyone know if I can buy the sensor or maybe I'm not cleaning it correctly but I don't see how.
