Long trim cuts

We have a few jobs coming up where we will need to trim off excess material (banner/vinyl/etc). We could use a regular straight edge or our Colex cutter, but these pieces are long..like 190" long. Any suggestion or ideas?

We have cutting tables with plate steel tops that we just slide our blades against just like when you're trimming the excess vinyl off a sheet of aluminum.
