Looking for a 3/4 x 6 inch nameplate holder?

A (good) customer sent me this pict- looks like someone stacked 3/4 x 6 holders but I can't find those either. Anyone have

Thank you gentlemen. I checked my Johnson catalog but they also have a JRS catalog and there were 3/4 x 10 extrusions
in that that look correct. Gene
