Looking for a comparable vinyl to ij40C, that will stick to vinyl rolled flooring.

I have always used 3M-IJ40c-r for a fair amount of my floor graphics. The adhesive always seem to stick well to many different substrates. Can anyone help me in a little less expensive substitute that will stick to commercial vinyl flooring.
