I agree, I was going to say it was probably done by hand, but if they were just established in 2019 I doubt that. It's some font someone got really creative with.

The "Jonesfilbrun" letters look custom drawn and then warped afterward. They're made to look related to Alverata (or whatever the base typeface may be).
The tractor graphic in that logo looks pretty afflicted, kind of like it was barfed out by an AI bot and then up-rezzed, badly.
If you do some mini searching, you'll find this family farm ran a logo contest and this is what won. I wouldn't copy and do things with such an easy find of copyrighting possibly going on.
