After not using my cjv30-160 for a month,
The machine won’t print black or cyan. Looking for anyone private who could help with flushing the tubes or any other ideas. I hope it will not require a new print head.

Did you leave it plugged in for automatic cleanings? If so you may just need to get into the menu and do a cleaning or two. Not sure where it is in the menu though. It will go through some ink but it's better than buying a new head.

Yes. It was plugged. I did many cleanings and nozzle wash. It didn’t help.
