Looking for a print profile...

My printer: Roland SP-540V. My vinyl: FDC 4826 R Tape Vinylefx Chrome Colors 107 - Smooth Mirror Silver. In VersaWorks, I have no idea what the closest profile would be to achieve the best result (i.e. no banding, etc.) The print is a simple fade from PMS 072 C to white (clear). Tests have yielded some weird purple hues in the fade, and banding throughout the print. Plus, because it's wound up on a standard sized core, when you flatten it, the vinyl starts to pull off the backing. Minor issue there, as it only does it AFTER it's gone through the print area and onto the front heater. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Print VinylEfx®using a profile for White Intermediate High Gloss Vinyl at lower temperatures (35-40C). Using high
printer temperature settings can cause VinylEfx® films to
expand and contract resulting in tunneling on the release liner.
Settings my vary from one printer to another and from one
ink system to another.
